Responsibilities:
- Install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring proper alignment and aesthetics.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing tile installations as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tile installer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
